If you know what folder you saved it to, simply visit that folder with your file browser.
If you don't remember which folder you saved it to, use your file browser to search for - most systems provide such a facility. If you're not sure how to use it, try a web search for "find file on Windows" or "find file on macOS" or whatever operating system you use.
Also if you think you may have deleted it, check the trash / recycle bin.
