Exchange voices
I am finding in MuseScore 4 that I am no longer able to Exchange Voices within one or more bars (Tools-Voices-Exchange voices 1-2 after highlighting the selected bars). I attach my score in which the problem exists - in Section III Rondo, bars 99-103.

Just to bring you back to attention. I can't even open your score, maybe because of inadequacy of my pc. See: https://musescore.org/en/download#System-requirements
I see no problems there, I can swap voices in those measures
