As advised in at least two of your previous posts, this is an issue that you need to take up at musescore.com. Your post here is on a users' forum regarding the desktop software, music theory and other things not directly related to to the commercial site. Whilst some users get advice about that site from this forum, no one here can help you regarding problems with that website's functionality or behaviour.
