Musesounds and Microtonal Playback

Just have a quick question if Musesounds support microtonal playback?

Several of my recent compositions involve different types of microtones to various degrees. While using the playback of Musesounds I noticed none of my notated (and adjusted in the playback button via. tuning) microtones were being executed. But while I Musescore Basic sounds, my microtones work.
