How to fix a measure with the - sign.
I have a measure with a whole rest and a - sign. I can't seem to delete the measure or get it to allow me to put in the correct amount of rhythm. 4/4 time.

Right click measure properties see->https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/measure-operations#duration
Go to note input insert mode and add (=insert!) the missing note or rest. The minus sign will disappear by itself. No need to use measure properties.
