Musescore 4 not opening.
I just installed this absolute trash of an app. I'm trying my best to not lose my damn sanity. Every single time I try to open the app, it says "Musescore 4 system error. The code execution cannot proceed because MFPlate.DLL was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." I have reinstalled this dumb app a total of 8 times and it say this same thing over and over again. When did this app get so bad. Musescore 3 was fine then this garbage became musescore 4 and is now somehow worse. As a company please try your best not to be dog crap.

The missing file is not a problem with MuseScore, it's just a missing feature on your computer. Most versions of Windows come with it, but apparently a small number don't. I found this article with a web search for the name; there are others too.
