looped playback skipped around half a second at the beginning

Hi! I'm having a problem.. When I play the score. the first note seems to be skipping half its initial duration. I rebooted my computer and deleted some of my music files (downloaded from Muse Hub) to fix this but I couldn't find any progress... Can I have help?
