change note value within chord
When writing for violin, I would sometimes like to change the length of one note within a multi note chord (ex. the lowest note be a half note sustained under 4 eighth notes, or the lowest note being a quarter note and the top 2 being half notes, etc). How can I do this in Musescore 3?

You must write the note with the other duration in a separate voice.
If already written: Select the note, click voice 2, and then change its duration.

Where do I find "voice 2" to click on? Is there something in a drop down menu somewhere? I selected the note I want to change by clicking on it...then what?
