Hard to click on the tempo markings (when invisible)
like idfk if it is just me, but I have to be SO precise just to select it or do anything with it once placed and it's annoying. (MS4)

I don't believe the programming of tempo markings has changed.
I agree. It's hard to click on something that is invisible. As for the rest, I have no idea what you are talking about.

There are two types of "invisible". One is grayed out so that it doesn't show in exports. And one that is truly invisible. Which are you talking about? And what are you trying to do? Saying that you have to be so precise doesn't help. Perhaps post a score and tell us what you are trying to select. Then we can help you better.
There is no difference I am aware of in selecting of tempo markings in MU3 vs MU4, visible or otherwise. If you have a specific tempo marking in a specific score you are having trouble with, please attach it here and explain the difficulty in more detail so we can try to reproduce the problem.

But I...you don't need to see the problem. You simply make a tempo marking invisible, and it's hard to click on or move it.

You might want to check your mouse's cable and/o0r have the mouse cleaned cleaned, but for me it's no harder to click that invisible marking than anything else on my computer. I tried and tried but could not get it to fail.
