Check https://musescore.org/en/project/abc-export, so far only for Mu3
There are a number of converts from other formats (especially MusicXML - much better than MIDI) to ABC, so be sure to do a web search. Some can be run as web services, others are programs you install on your computer. If you have a score in MuseScore format, you can export it to MusicXML and use one of those converters to generate ABC.
