HELP MY MUSIC IS BEING DELETED

I'm working on a very large piece and musescore just isn't handling it at all - has been fine until I started making parts now random chunks of my music is missing and it freezes everytime I do anything. Not a PC power issue as my CPU and RAM aren't being fully utilized.
