specific vst not working in musescore 4

hello,
i've been trying to do this for months to no avail, so i figure i share it here:

i'm trying to get a vst known as cymbalistic into musescore 4 but it just doesn't show up. i've reinstalled cymbalistic MANY times, i keep selecting the folder i have for vst's, i extract the .zip, and nothing

is cymbalistic not supported in musescore 4? or am i doing something wrong?
