Don't you have a zip tool installed? For Windows there is e.g. 7-zip or Winzip (and probably others).
If your operating system already supports zip files, rename the file to archi.zip (preferably on a copy) and open it there.
You will then find: archi.mscx, which can be opened by MuseScore, even in MuseScore 3.
