Musescore playing my music wrong.

Yo I am writing a song and I am using a triangle and that shi keep playing it wrong. Idk how to explain it, it's literally playing it wrong, like I am simply putting
"Rest, quarter, rest, quarter" for a couple of measures, but it literally is playing whatever it wants like wtf?? It seems to literally lag or something idk but I need assistance because I wanna keep the triangle:(( it's perfect for my music
