Adding Tempo Marking Above Violins
How do I get the tempo marking above the violins too? I remember that Musescore used to do it automatically, but now it doesn't, and I can't manually do it either.

For now this is hardcoded into the orchestral templates and also the choir + keyboard ones.
The infrastructure exists to do this more generally, but the UI doesn't yet! (4.2, I hope)
