Wrong e-mail

Hi, my wife have made a terrible mistanke. We have tried to cancel our free tryout, but we have made an account with the wrong mail, which don't belong to us and now we can't cancel and we have wrongly bill billed the full amount. My wife sent a contact form 2 weeks ago, and we havn't heard anything from your support. Is there anything we can do til get our money back???
