Section break and repeat sign don't play as expected.

A Section break implies a short delay in the playback before restarting the playback of the next measures.
However, in the following example, when coupled with a repetition sign, I'm expecting the repetition sign to be played without delay, the delay being applied after all the repetitions having being played.

Is my expectation incorrect ?
Both 3.6.2 and 4.1 have the same behaviour.

Nota: In 4.1, If you download it, you will also hear that the repetition is going to hell after the 3rd and 4th repetitions. I will report a bug on that some time later.
