Can anyone help me recover this file please? It just dosen't open, I don't know why

mscz files are compressed files (zip) and contain the main file "Dovea svenarti allora.mscx". This cannot be extracted (zip header error), and that is what MuseScore needs to do.

Fortunately, you have created extracts that are in a subfolder of the zipped mscz file.
The best you can do is to unzip them all and then open all the excerpts separately and combine them into a new score. At least they can be opened and seem to be correct.
I hope all the instruments used are in there.
In your file browser, enable hidden files, then open the .mscbackup folder from within the folder where your score is. That will contain the previously-saved version, which will probably be fine. You'll need to redo whatever editing you had done between those last two saves.
