SOUND
I have a classroom speaker set-up with a XPA Ultra Power Amplifier and some unit that says, "TESIRA Forte AVB VT4". Without these units on, my computer does not play through my classroom speakers. I cannot, however, get MuseScore to play through the speakers. In other words, everything else plays from my computer to the speakers just fine (YouTube, for example). Any thoughts on how I can get MuseScore sound?

Did you try restarting MuseScore after enabling the external audio device? Also, within MuseScore, check Edit / Preferences / I/O and see if there is an associated output device available to select.

Thank you for trying to help! In the port/audio section, there is nothing to click at all. I have restarted it many times. I have also uninstalled it and re-installed. Any more suggestions?
