I can't open Musescore 3
May I ask how to solve this problem? Is there a way to solve this problem without losing data? I really can’t open it. There is no response when I click on Musescore 3. I just run the blue circle first. The system I use is Windows 10

Revert to factory settings using command line and the -F option
Try the -w option too

If MS3 is still installed on your computer, a Factory Reset using the command line really should work. See Handbook:

If MS3 has been uninstalled, then you can install MS 3.6.2 from the Download page. See "Older and unsupported versions" in this link:

You can even install 3.6.2 alongside with 4.1.1.

Ops, that wasn't the problem...
But if the PortableApp works and the installed 3.6.2 does not, that strongly indicates that a factory reset should bring the latter back to life. Maybe additionally (!) an uninstall/reinstall.
