Online Community Still Available?

On Musescore 3, upon opening the application the "Start Center" offered the user to create a new score, access a previous score, or search for sheet music from the online community. When I open Musescore 4 there is no "Start Center", and I don't see any opportunity to browse an online community for scores. Is that still an option? And if so, how do I access it from Musescore 4?
