Where is the--(whatever this is idk)--"Midi channel editor" thingy for MS 4 ??

As MS 3 has it easily, as I simply pull up a random midi file, there is this thing (image) at the bottom of the screen, but I can't see that in MS 4. I need this bc I need to conjoin midi channels aka "split staff" from these midi files.
