Restore recent score

I'm literally making my arrangement peacefully and then it crashed and got close, i open musescore again, and then there was the "restore session yes / no" i clicked yes, then it crashed and got closed again, i opened, and there was no restoring session option anymore, and when i checked the "Open Recent", yes my score was there, but when i open it, it's far back from where i left it, I was like in 70% when i left it, and now when i opened the recent one, its about 20%-30%, literally when i began making it. Pls fix this, i made so much and it's gone :(((((((((((((((
