NO PLAYBACK.
The MuseScore software was working perfectly yesterday however today when I opened the software the playback feature was not working , the cursor remained stationary and when I added notes to the staves using the piano as the selected instrument no sound !

Same has happened for me!
I just started using ver4 - new score with one violin and chords. I'm using Windows 10 and sound works OK for playing mp3 file.
Ver3.6.2.548021803 works OK as before.

Computer re-started on update and sound works perfectly now!

One hesitates to offer the suggestion "have you tried turning it off and on again" but it often really does work!
