Music just randomly corrupting

My music has been randomly corrupting and mostly sometimes when my music seems fine at first, just a few days later when I come to check on them, they are just corrupted. Example in the photo, it always says this, but thing is this piece was fine just a couple days ago but now has been corrupted. My internet is fine, and some of the other pieces I can open but I just noticed that my pieces started to corrupt even the old music I have made.
