Trouble Using Soundfont

Hello. I'm trying to use the DSK Asian Dreamz soundfont, but I'm having trouble getting it seen by Musescore. From what I've heard, dll files aren't supported in Musescore 4.

Is it still possible to use them in Musescore 3? I tried adding the .dll file to the soundfonts folder in Musescore 3, but it isn't showing up in the synthesizer.

A .dll alone won't work. Version 3 needs sf2 or sf3 type files. Or sfz.

MU4 will need a player to be able to use a VST.
