Solved: Converting TAB score to Notation (MS3)

I want to make a standard notation version of a TAB only score so I did the following:

1) Add a linked notation stave
2) Remove the TAB stave

This kept notes, tempo markings, dynamics, articulations and master palette symbols but it lost all the stave texts. Is there a simple way to do this conversion without losing the stave texts or do I have to copy them manually to the notation stave.

Simple: Select all stave texts then copy/paste.
A bit of manual tidy up is then needed for vertical positions because of layout differences between TAB and notation.
