merging Tenor & Bass lines
I have followed Jojo's instructions as best I can and have got this far (see attachment)
Unfortunately when I try to implode the Bass and Tenor line the music climbs five notes.
Jojo says I must put the notes into the correct octave. I cannot follow this instruction.
Can you please be more specific.

... and I guess those instructions are in a previous post, which we don't know about?? It would make more sense to keep one discussion on a single thread in future.

1. Change the Tenor/Bass clef from Treble Clef 8va bassa to Bass Clef (the same clef as the Basses) . This is the correct way to show Tenor and Bass vocals on a single stave: with the Bass Clef.
2. Select the Tenor and Bass staves from start to end
3. Select Tools > Implode which results in Tenor (in Voice 1) and Bass (in Voice 2) combining in the Tenor/Bass stave.
4. In the Instruments panel remove the unwanted Bass stave, which is now redundant. Select the unwanted part (Bass), click the Trash icon.

I have changed the Tenor clef to Bass Clef but when I do the Tenor music all moved up four notes.
I tried leaving the clefs as they were with the correct notes in both lines but when I tried to Implode the Tenor notes moved up again. What am I doing wrong?

Follow the instructions from DanielR. If tenor and bass are written in bass clef the result will be correct.
Here the steps:
1. Apply the bass clef to the tenor. Now the notes are in a different clef and of course the do not have there the same position in the staff but the pitch is still correct:
If you don't like the bass clef, but you like the treble clef 8va bassa, then apply this clef to the tenor/bass or omit the first step of the change from treble clef to bass clef. This is then the result and it is also correct:
But if the tenor singer prefers 8va bassa clef and the bass singer prefers the bass clef: you can't have both on the same staff.
