Combining cresc. and decr. hairpins on a note
Hi, I would like to know if someone could give me advise on how to proceed to combine two (or more) hairpins on a long note, like in the figure attached. Producing this took some time adjusting everything by hand, but the main problem is that I don't see (hear) that it has any effect during playback.

Workaround: create 2 tied half notes in another voice and make them invistible
Then apply the dynamics and hairpins to them

Thank you, that works indeed. It had occurred to me that this could be a solution, but I wanted to know if there was a specific method for doing that in one voice.

I think invisible half-note rests also work. That keeps exports cleaner.
