ties and slurs
If I select a tie, then right click it, select all similar, all slurs get selected too.
Same vice versa.
Intentional? Unavoidable? Or a bug?

It is the same in 1.3. I'm not a fan. Probably avoidable. They share the same parent class, but it should be possible to distinguish them.
Thanks for bringing this up; it's been a minor peeve of mine for a long time. I filed an issue and submitted a PR - see #35841: Select all similar treats ties & slurs as similar.
