Changing the "hide when empty" property of a staff to "instrument" causes clefs to be swapped
On the attached score, when changing the "hide when empty" property of the bass Harp staff to "Instrument", so that it's not hidden and the Harp always has two staves, the clefs (not the staves) get swapped. Here is a video of what happens on my end: https://streamable.com/65g4t4
Maybe it has something to do with the cross staff notation i used?

The "Hide when empty" property is already set to Instrument in the version you attached. But if I change it to Auto, I don't notice anything unusual. So please attach a version of the file from before you make the change, and give precise instructions as to how to reproduce the problem - including which measure to look at in order to see the wrong clef.
