Missing quarter rest (crotchet rest) when switching from Voice 1 to Voice 2.

I made sure to look closely at the bugs before posting this in order to not clog the system up, but I noticed that every time I switched from Voice 1 to Voice 2, the first beat of the measure would disappear if it was a quarter rest. I don't know if this is intentional, but it's a pain to have to manually make the measure again to get it looking right.
