Displayed count doesn't update automatically after "exclude from bar count" changed

Seems to be new to v4.2 (on Windows 11)

If Bar properties > Exclude from bar count is changed, then the subsequent bar counts on the score don't update when Apply or OK are hit.

I went back and forth on this one, until I found that forcing a score redraw by (say) adjusting the width of a measure was done.

Minor but confusing when you are not aware of the workaround.
