I think I have fixed your score. At the top of page 18 there was an incomplete measure with 1/1024th rests in it for each staff. It looks like MuseScore doesn't like incomplete measures shorter than 1/128th. You can see the problem in the screenshot where I have changed those rests to 1/128th.
