Empty staves collapsed in Continuous View

Dear all, right after creating a new score I usually set all the staves to hide when empty, so that already goes out of the way.

Before version 4.2, in the continuos view all staves where still shown, even when empty, but now they collapse as it happens in page view. Of course, they re-appear and stay visible for their entire length as soon as you start notating, but still I would appreciate if I could avoid doing so.

I imagine this might be the intended behaviour for the software, but I was wondering if there was any option to be checked or unchecked in some hidden option menu to still display all the staves in the continuous view, even when empty.
