Delete the end repeat barline at the end of the song (meas. 68).
Click on the D.S. al Coda (meas. 59) and, in the Properties panel, uncheck 'Play repeats'.
Also, you can select all those slash marks in the Acoustic Guitar staff and untick 'Play' to avoid that repetitive note that is constantly sounded.
