Musescore online scores not loading in app

I was able to create a few scores, and save them to the cloud (musescore). After a couple days I was not able to download them or edit on the desktop. I just tried to downlad an XML version ... the wheel is spinning, but it is not following through. I get "This site can't be reached" "s3.ultimate-guitar.com took too long to respond". This doesn't seem to be what should happen.

I am able to work on scores I saved to my computer, but I am not able to upload them to the cloud. Right now, I am saving to google Drive so I can work on multiple machines.

Is this a problem other users are finding?
