4.2.1 Crash when adding stem tremolo to note with grace note

Repros every time I add the stem tremolo. Instant crash. No problem without the grace note.

Possible workaround is adding the tremolo before adding the grace note, but I have found that tying the grace note to the stem tremolo note can also cause a crash (inconsistent).
