Scores not updating

I recently updated musescore to its newest version. Using the previous version (4.2), I had created and uploaded this: https://musescore.com/user/43447736/scores/13744621

After installing the new update, I made some changes to this score but if I attempt to update / replace the original (linked above) changes wont show.

Apparently this is not a new bug, it has existed like.. since forever and still hasnt been resolved? https://musescore.org/en/node/339528

Please fix this.
