Pedal lines not working

Windows 11, latest stable version.
Pedal lines don't work when they're connected together. For the arrangement I'm working on, the pedal sounds fine for the first 5 measures and then just doesn't anymore?

Started working on another one and had the same issue. Refer to attached image, pedal past measure 2 does not play.

Edit again: Broken pedal markings work once you close and re-open Musescore, so to test, maybe try adding some pedal lines and see if it updates or not?

I know this doesn't help you directly, but it might help by adding information to your problem if someone cleverer can solve it, but it plays back fine on my (very different to your) system.
