A partitura da música que estou mandando anexada é a que eu estou tentando passar alimpo para estar treinando no musescore e aprendendo cada dia mais.

O compasso que eu preciso dividir fica assim: semínima com ponto de aumento + semínima + ritornelo direito e esquerdo + colcheia.

Every notation software I've ever seen has this ability. MuseScore (in every version I've used: 2-4) is not an exception. To do this, enter the two partial measures as full measures. Enter the notes starting at the beginning of the measure. (Important!) Then right-click on empty space within the measure and click "Measure properties" from the context menu. On the Measure properties dialog, change the "Actual value" to the appropriate value.
So, you want dotted quarter, quarter, end-repeat, start-repeat, eighth note:
Press "N" to start note entry mode.
In the first measure, type "5." to set the current note value to dotted quarter.
