Lyrics
Sometimes in a song the tenor/ and or bass have separate lines like a repeat or echo of the soprano/ alto. Example: The Church in the Wildwood.
Is there a way to attach these lyrics to the notes in the bass clef the same way you do with the treble clef? Or do I use the "Add Text" feature? But if I use the "Add Text" feature the lyrics are below the Bass Clef. I prefer the lyrics above the Bass clef. But then I would have to move each word individually and it's hard to get each word to line up. I tried looking in the handbook but could not find the answer.

If I use the "Add Text" feature, the lyrics are below the bass clef when I prefer them above the bass clef.

I gave up on trying to figure it out. Too complicated. I used the staff text. Now I would like to know if I can change the text to italic.
Add the lyrics to the bass clef, after having entered the 1st syllable, exit input, select it, press x, then continue inputting lyrics

Thanks for your response and input. I did the copy and paste, but it still was below the bass clef. I think I'll just insert a text for the lyrics. This works for me. I just would like to know if I can change the font of the text to Italics if I want to indicate where the refrain starts. Thanks again.

For lyrics use lyrics. It is possible to set them to be above staff, I've done that quite often

Right click one, select all similar in same staff, X

Thanks so much. I tried it and it worked! Now something kind of minor. If I add text, indicating where the chorus begins, is it possible to change the font to Italics?

Yes. Via the properties
