Unable to open corrupted file

I've been working on this file since this morning. It showed an error while copying and pasting elements at a certain point, saying that the file was corrupted. 10 minutes ago Musescore stopped working, and I couldn't reopen the file in any way, showing the message "...is corrupted and cannot be opened".

I'm writing it for a competition and need to open it as soon as possible.

It does have some invalid measure durations, like -16/16

I've deleted those. It does now report a corruption:
Incomplete measure: Full score, measure 8, staff 2. Found: 5248/1024. Expected: 8/2.
ignore and open anyway, then check
