Screen stuck/frozen
Whenever I choose a sheet to display, the app brings it but the screen is stuck/frozen, the bottom part with the sheet details is presented cropped. I then need to forcefully close the app.

Please attach one of the scores you having trouble with. Also say which version of MuseScore (see Help / About) and what OS you are on.

MuseScore vr. 2.13.3
OS: iPad iOS 17.2
Attached an example per your request- it happen with every sheet I choose. This is what the screen looks like when I choose a sheet. I cannot navigate and need to forcefully close the app.

Oh, you mean the mobile app, not MusieScore itself (henceforth to be called MuseScore Studio to help avoid that confusion). For help with the mobile app, see their website, musescore.com, and the various community groups there. Or contact their support team using the links at the bottom of their website.
