How I suppose to delete the Key signature of the Timpani and how to do this glissando on the musescore
When I try to delete the Key signatureof the timpani , it would just delete all of the Key signature!!

I'm not sure one timp has that kind of range.

I'm not sure the instrument with the notes is a timp since it says "Harp" between the two staves
If you want to "remove" the key signatures from certain staffs, the way you do it in MuseScore by replacing the key signature only on those staffs (by pressing Ctrl [Cmd on a Mac] while inputting the key signature)
I'm not sure about the glissando though
Right-click on any empty part of a Timpani measure. From the dialogue box, select Stave/part properties >Advanced style properties >[untick] Show key signature. If you just replace a key signature you will run into problems again if the piece changes key signature later on.
