Lost access

spent a while on a score I'm really proud of which I've regularly been uploading to my cloud. I've only ever been signed in on one account (this one).

Tried sharing the file from my phone today using the app (as opposed to opening it on the desktop app as per usual) and now the score 'doesn't belong' to the account I've been using? Don't know what other account it could be and have now lost access to my work. Luckily I have screenshots from a decent stage of my progress but I'm really upset about losing it haha

Any advice/ tech support greatly appreciated - hope I explained it okay :')
