importing midi file to split piano systems
hi
I imported a midi file of an instrument
and the musescore write it in one system, instead of braking it to a to Clefs system...
and in it also inserting a bass clef and treble clef every time the score drops down under C3...
how can I split the system manualy?
and preventing it from changing the clefs in the middle?
Im using Musescore 4

In Version 3, there was (and of course still is) the option of splitting a staff either via the MIDI file Import panel or via the staff context menu - image below. Unfortunately, like so many other features, these were lost with the switch to Version 4.
With V4, you can certainly use the "Explode" function (via the Tools menu), but it won't give you the option of choosing the desired split note/point as in V3.
EDIT: If this is important to you, simply install or reinstall V3 (or use this version 3 if you've kept it on your computer).
