Bar numbers
The bar numbers are ok up to bar 50
but then notates 1,2,3,4,5, over and over . . . ?
any ideas why this is so?

Sections breaks were (likely erroneously) used. See:

Have you listened to the score and noticed the pauses in playback, in addition to the bar numbers?
To fix:
Use system and page breaks from the Layout palette.
