Creating syntheisa video from a musescore score?

When I upload a piece to musescore it gives the option to view it as a synthesia video with the notes falling down onto the keys. But is there a way to download an mp4 video that looks like that? Screen recording doesn't work for me, playback video always stutters and falls behind the audio.
