Trill line not auto-placing/avoiding high notes in Continuous view

To reproduce:
- Write a melody with high-pitched notes.
- Add a Trill line to it (from Palettes > Lines).
- Switch to Continuous view in the lower right corner.

The trill line does not automatically avoid collisions with these notes when in this view.
